Who can tell me that in the United States of America or Europe, for example, beer is not very popular? I don't know about you, but I wouldn't dare to make that statement in this part of the hemisphere, at least! Beer is the reason millions of people wait anxiously for fridays to come, right? It's a social gatherer, a work release, a symbol for relaxation, a sport moment for most people, a pub's trip for others...in fact, I don't have to have reliable poll metrics here to demonstrate that fact to you...do I?
Here, at The Coconut Bistro, I will take you to the origins of beer manufacturing, so you would appreciate it even more than you do now! I was reading at the Beer Institute an article that said that the oldest written recipe in the world was from beer. Also, they have an article about how the discovery of beer led to civilization as we know it. As a beer drinker myself, I think this info will be a very useful tool for you beer drinkers out there in the world. I am pretty sure that the next time you put a beer close to your mouth you will remember a few basics about it...enjoy! Check out the Beer Institute website below.
