I will take you on a gastronomical journey to one of the must-see countries in the world. I will make a historical review of their food and practices, etiquette, traditions and festivals, cooking equipment, etc., and I will publish different recipes from their exquisite cuisine.
Who wouldn't be, at least, interested in visiting that beautiful and food-rich country, especially if you are from the western culture as I am. You will have a great time going through that journey with me. If you happen to be from Japan, or from any other oriental culture, I suggest you post a recipe or some food information from your exceptional country in our comments area, and I will publish it in our next postings.
