Here are some smoothies recipes I learned and want to share with you. They're very easy to prepare and you'll get a quick fix when you are craving for one at home.
Banana Smoothie
- 2 cups of ice
- 1/2 cup of banana yogurt
- 1 cup key lime yogurt
- 1 cup limeade
- 1banana
Blend and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Strawberry Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup cranberry raspberry juice
- 2 oz/1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 oz/1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 fresh strawberries
Mixed Fruit Smoothie
- 1 4-ounce carton fat-free yogurt
- 4 oz/1/2 cup strawberries or mango slices
- 1 6-ounce can grape juice or mango, apricot, strawberry, or other fruit nectar. Get sure it's chilled.
- 1 chilled banana
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ground pistachio nuts

Awesomely tasty! I tried the strawberry recipe, though used Cran-Pomegranate instead of Cran-Raspberry! :)
