1/2 cup fluor
3 3/4 cups milk (hot)
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated), salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 cans tuna (well drained)
1 cup Fontina cheese (grated)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (grated)
Directions
1) Melt butter in saucepan, add the fluor. Stir in low heat x 2 min. Remove pan and add gradually 1 1/2 milk cups. Don't forget to keep beating strong after each addition. Put pan on the heat again. Whisk for 1-2 minutes. Look for the sauce to be very thick and smooth. Remove from heat.
2) Mix tuna with 1/2 cup of the sauce in a a bowl. Add black pepper + salt. Taste it. Like it? Go on. Preheat oven to 350 degres Fahrenheit.
3) Whisk the remaining milk into the rest of the sauce. Return to heat. Simmer. Whisk until thicken. Add Fontina cheese and the nutmeg. Add salt + pepper to taste. Simmer x few more minutes, stirring. Pour 1/3 of the sauce in baking dish. Spread.
4) Fill the cannelloni tubes with the tuna mixture. Use a teaspoon handle to push the mixture inside. Place cannelloni in the dish. Don't forget to put a single layer only. Pour the remaining sauce over the cannelloni. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake x 30 min. After this, you could use a little of your own imagination and could garnish it with the herbs you most like. Enjoy!!
I know you'll love this dish! People who ate this at my house for some reason keep calling me to do a gathering...and...do you imagine where? At my house, of course!!!

Sounds tasty!
:D Wow that sounds delicious! Really interesting recepie. You have a really great blog, but uh I think it would look nicer if the fonts were the same size. The different font sizes make it a bit distracting to read. Other than that super cool blog!!! <3
