.Twist. Restaurant and Lounge, Seattle

Last week I was at the .Twist. Restaurant in Belltown, Seattle and I had the best time and the best food I've had in a very long time! (yes, you read it right the first time: .Twist. with a dot before and a dot after!) First of all, from the moment I came in I was mesmerized with the good looks of the place, its ambiance, and the feeling of "oh, my God, I don't wanna go back home, I want to stay here forever!!! " As time went on, I got to learn about the great wines and mouth-watering dishes they offer, I chose my pick and began ordering. First, I had a Tittarelli, Cabernet Sauvignon, from Argentina (gotta admit I had a few glasses!). Then, as my main dish, I had Salmon Cakes with Romesco Sauce and Goat Cheese Salad. After having a great time with my girlfriends and listening to the most ear-pleasant music you can hear, I ordered my dessert... a Red Velvet Cake topped with a Raspberry Sauce, it was to die for!!!!! Oh!, I almost forgot, they also offer salons for private parties! Just book one and you're all set to party! Being a New Yorker, from my experience here on the other side of country, if I where to remember Seattle for something, this restaurant would top my list! Click here if you want to experience .Twist.
